What we collect

Your email address and password, so you can sign in. The material you put into your Battle Book. The opportunities you track. Messages you send us through the contact form or the in-app feedback control. Basic records of what happened in your account, so we can work out what went wrong when something does. When you submit feedback, we also record the IP address and browser details it came from. If you tell us it is praise, we only use it publicly as a testimonial if you say yes.

What we do with it

Run the product. Reply to you. Fix things. That is the list. We do not sell your data and we do not rent it out for advertising.

Who else touches it

A small number of services we need to run: hosting and database, the AI provider that drafts text, and a payment processor once billing is switched on. They only get what they need to do that job.

Email

We do not run a newsletter, a digest, or a marketing list, and we do not sell or share your address. The only mail we would ever send you is about your own account, such as confirming your address or a receipt. Your deadlines live on your Tracker, not in your inbox.

How long we keep it

While your account is open. Ask us to delete it and we will delete it, except for anything we have to keep for accounting or legal reasons.

Your choices

Ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and say which.

Security

Passwords are hashed. Data is separated per member in the database, so one member's material is not reachable from another account. No system is perfect, and we will tell you if something happens that affects you.
