Terms of service

Plain-language draft. A lawyer has not reviewed this yet, and it will be replaced before card payment is switched on.
The short version
Speaker Radar is a tool for organising and tracking speaking applications. You keep your material. You are responsible for what you send to organizers. We do not send it for you.
Your account
One account is one person. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think somebody else has it. You have to be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Your content
Your bios, talks, answers, documents, and everything else you put in stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them so the product can do its job, and nothing more. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to train a public model.
What the product does with AI
Some features draft text for you. Drafted text is marked as unconfirmed until you review it. You are responsible for reading anything before it goes to an organizer under your name. The product does not submit forms and does not send email on your behalf.
Paying
Every signup gets seven days of Concierge, free, with no card required. After that you keep a free account for good, or move to a paid plan at the prices on the pricing page. A discount applied at signup keeps your price for as long as you stay on that plan.
Ending it
You can cancel whenever you want. You can ask us to delete your account and your material, and we will. We can close an account that is being used to break the law or to abuse the service.
What we do not promise
We do not promise you will get booked. We do not promise the service is never down. The opportunity listings come from public sources and can be wrong or out of date, so check the organizer's own page before you rely on a deadline.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect.
